Medical and Dental Office Cleaning in Montgomery County, Harris County and Huntsville, TX

Evening janitorial service for medical and dental practices

Cleaning built for a healthcare practice

A dental operatory is not an office. The surfaces a patient touches, the ones a hygienist touches between patients, and the ones that only ever need to look clean are three different cleaning problems, and a crew that treats them the same way is a crew that costs you something eventually.

Rohzie Office Cleaning Services has cleaned medical and dental practices across Montgomery County, Harris County and Huntsville for five years. We handle the recurring janitorial side of your facility so your clinical staff are not staying late to do it, and so your front of house looks the way a patient expects a healthcare practice to look.

Cleaning and disinfecting are not the same thing

Most cleaning companies use the words interchangeably. In a practice, the distinction matters.

Cleaning removes what you can see — dust, soil, smudges. Disinfecting kills what you cannot. One does not substitute for the other, and disinfectant applied to a surface that has not been cleaned first does not do its job, because soil shields the organism from the chemical.

Our crews are trained to clean first and disinfect second, and to respect dwell time — the minutes a disinfectant has to stay wet on a surface to actually work. Wiping it dry immediately is the most common mistake in the trade, and it turns a disinfecting step into a cosmetic one.

What we clean in a practice

Patient-facing areas. Waiting room seating, arms and hard surfaces, reception counters, door handles and push plates, light switches, check-in surfaces, restrooms, and entry door glass.

Treatment and clinical areas. Floors, baseboards, cabinet exteriors, sinks and faucets, high-touch points, and trash and liner service on your schedule. We clean the fixed environment around your clinical work — your staff retain responsibility for instrument reprocessing, operatory turnover between patients, and anything inside the sterilization workflow. That line matters, and we are explicit about it so nobody assumes it was covered.

Back of house. Staff break rooms, lab and utility areas, private offices, corridors and restrooms.

Floors. Vacuuming on carpet, sweeping and mopping on hard surfaces, every visit, with attention to the corners and edges that get skipped when a crew is moving fast.

Practices we clean

  • Orthodontic and pediatric dental offices
  • Physician and family medicine offices
  • Specialist clinics and medical plazas

  • Multi-suite medical buildings

Why practices stay with us

We work when you are closed. Most of our medical and dental service runs in the evening, after your last patient. No vacuum running during a consultation and no crew in the corridor while patients are in the waiting room.

The same crew, not a rotating cast. A crew that has cleaned your practice for a year knows which room is the sterilization area, which cabinet does not get opened, and which door stays locked. That knowledge is worth more than any checklist.

Someone answers the phone. You are calling a local company in Conroe, not a national franchise call center that routes you to whoever holds the territory this quarter. If something is wrong, it gets fixed on the next visit.

Veteran-owned, and local for five years. Our references are facilities you can go look at: Community Service Credit Union, Grand Central Park, and the Montgomery County Veterans Memorial Commission building.

Day porter coverage and common questions

High-volume practices sometimes need someone on site during the day — restrooms checked through the afternoon, the waiting room reset between rushes, entry glass kept clean. That is day porter work, and we provide it alongside evening janitorial service where the patient volume justifies it.

Frequently asked questions

Do you clean during office hours or after? After, in most cases. Medical and dental service is usually evening work, scheduled after your last patient so there is no disruption to care. Day porter coverage during business hours is available separately where a practice needs it.

Are your crews trained for a healthcare setting? Yes. Crews assigned to medical and dental accounts are trained on the cleaning-then-disinfecting sequence, disinfectant dwell time, high-touch point protocols, and the boundary between facility cleaning and clinical reprocessing.

Do you handle regulated medical waste or sharps? No. Regulated medical waste, sharps containers and biohazard disposal stay with your licensed waste contractor. We handle general and office waste streams.

What does it cost? It depends on your square footage, your number of operatories or exam rooms, and how many nights a week you need service. We walk the space, scope the work in writing, and quote a fixed monthly figure so you know what the line item is before you sign anything. Call (936) 463-2600 to set up a walkthrough.

Which areas do you serve? Montgomery County, Walker County and Harris County — including Conroe, The Woodlands, Spring, Shenandoah, Huntsville, Montgomery, Willis, Magnolia, Tomball, Humble and Atascocita, plus southwest Houston: Bellaire, Meyerland, Sharpstown, the Medical Center, Missouri City and Stafford.
